I do apologize for my gap in posting. As sorry an excuse as it is, this has been a busy summer. I am now settled in Carrboro, North Carolina with my person and we are loving it. There is a veritable cornucopia of dining options and cooking options for us to explore in the coming months as this town is known for its love of local food and is famous for its year-round Farmers Market. More on both of these to come, but first I’d like to share a video I shot with my fella in SE Asia last fall.
